All the tools developed by Profilocolore provide strictly scientific images and data, the result of accurate, precise, and repeatable measurements that eliminate variables due to the operator and shooting conditions. This is possible thanks to an AI-based calibration process that transforms images into measurements. The process uses absolute radiometric and colorimetric references, measured in Profilocolore's laboratories with certified instruments that are in turn calibrated against international metrological institutes.
The results obtained in this way have an accuracy and repeatability rate of around 98%. The accuracy of the process is complemented by additional measures and procedures that greatly simplify and speed up the entire acquisition process.
